Order Cancellation – Physical Products

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the item has been shipped.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

  • We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all products.

  • Exceptions may be made only in these cases:

    • Product not received (lost in transit)

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Product damaged during shipping

Refund Process (When Applicable)

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Return Process

  • If your return request is approved, replacement will be initiated within 2–3 business days.

  • Replacement product should be delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times may be affected by delays from transport companies, adverse weather, or unforeseen events.

  • AgeX Sport is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
