Order Cancellation – Physical Products
Orders can be cancelled only before the item has been shipped.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all products.
Exceptions may be made only in these cases:
Product not received (lost in transit)
Wrong product delivered
Product damaged during shipping
Refund Process (When Applicable)
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Return Process
If your return request is approved, replacement will be initiated within 2–3 business days.
Replacement product should be delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Important Notes
Delivery times may be affected by delays from transport companies, adverse weather, or unforeseen events.
AgeX Sport is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
